What is Sana?

Products - NUTRITION, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT is the main event for the whole natural world.

The facts speak for themselves:

• 14 halls
• 1,500 exhibitors, including 400 foreign ones
• 101 meetings and 11 special events
• 70,000 visitors – including 50,000 operators
• 3.500 trade professionals
• 900 journalists including 100 foreign ones

During the last few years, a new kind of "food consumption" has been growing: “Wine Bar” or “Cafè”  that proposes food and drinks with a more careful attention to the quality of the products offered.  Such tendency takes to the moves from the “fashion” of the aperitifs  that, becoming more and more rich, are now true meals even if often consumed standing. Following this new trend, Bioagricoop scrl in collaboration with Bioagricert has proposed, in occasion of HEALTHY Fair SANA 2006, the BACafè, meeting point between operators but also a new model of Cafè with its organic note, offering organic products.

In front of the bar area there was also a 64 square m. area dedicated to Bioagricert certified farms that wanted to have their own space to show their products.
