On February 24th, Bioagricoop organized the final workshop of ECROPOLIS PROJECT in order to present the results of this 3-years project.

The scientific project ECROPOLIS started in January 2009 and lasted about three years. The project dealt with sensory properties of organic food. The main aim of ECROPOLIS was to collect data about sensory profiles from organic products all over Europe in an interactive online data base (OSIS). Consumer research, regulatory affairs and dissemination were included in the project.
